WORKING NETWORK

The Elevate CYMRU project is part of the Work Based Learning programme, funded by the European Social Fund, through the Welsh Government. The project aims to build a Pan Wales approach to the leadership and management high level skills needs of micro, small and medium to large sized businesses (including Retail). Accredited training is delivered through three University led networks encompassing the Convergence areas of Wales. If you are a private sector company based in the Convergence areas of Wales then support provided by the programme is either fully or part funded. Each student will be supported by a personal tutor and no prior qualifications are needed.

We offer a range of courses for middle and senior managers looking to develop their business and deliver profitable growth. Courses are flexible and designed to enhance personal skills in leadership and management.

All our vocationally orientated courses build on the existing skills and experience of employees with work based learning, designed around the employing organisation, forming an important part of our management training programmes.

Courses are delivered through a blended learning approach, encompassing online learning, one to one support and networking events. Theory and practice are interlinked to enable participants to put their new skills to immediate practical use.
